There is something about summer time that so many of us enjoy. The warm weather, vacations and weddings galore – it makes for a perfect season to host a soiree, or at least sip something soiree worthy! And we found 3 summertime cocktails that you’ll want to sip all summer long.

A paloma, preferably poolside, is just what the doctor ordered for summer sipping.  Like a margarita, a paloma is a tequila based cocktail, but can be slightly more refreshing with its addition of club soda. We found this perfect palomarecipe that turned out simply lovely. It would be a perfect signature cocktail at a summer wedding or would make a good choice to fill your tumbler poolside.

You can't talk summer cocktails without talking about some bubbles. And this sparkling cocktail combines two of summer's best flavors - lime and strawberry!  Mix those with some champagne or prosecco; and you've got yourself a winning combo. This sparkling cocktail would be perfect for a summer bridal brunch, wedding shower or bachelorette party. Its bright colors lend itself to festive decor and the bubbles make sure you know its a party.

 A mojito is a classic summer cocktail and this recipe we found provides the perfect summer twist. Mojitos hail from Havana, Cuba and have a signature sweetness to them, but the slight spice of the Campari in this recipe balances out the sugar. Plus, the mint springs and lime wedges are the perfect garnish for a pretty party cocktail.
