All shipping is done through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We try to use the best and most economical shipping for your goods. While we do everything we can to make sure your item arrives safe, occasionally damage can occur in the shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.
Our international shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry to the destination country. All duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Easy Return Policy
You have 10 days to request a return. Just send us note to get your return request started. After 10 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Made to order / Personalized / Custom orders:
If your item arrives damaged, or if we have made an error in your personalization, please let us know within 10 days. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. After 10 days we will not be able to replace your item.
Please do your part to ensure that we have to correct spelling of names when you are ordering personalized merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there was a mistake on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Before returning your product, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get approval. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
