Items must be unwashed, unworn, in their original condition and with the tags still attached. You'll receive your refund via email within 2-3 business days of us receiving your return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not offer returns for any personalized items. But, if you receive a damaged item or you think something is wrong with your order, please reach out to us at help@lalaconfetti.com so we can make it right! Include your order number in your email please.

You must include your order number with your return. We do not offer free shipping labels. Once we receive your item, you'll have the store credit emailed to you within 2-3 business days.
