DOMESTIC: All shipping is done through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We try to use the best and most economical shipping for your goods. While we do everything we can to make sure your item arrives safe, occasionally damage can occur in the shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.

International:Our international shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry to the destination country. All duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

At LaLa Confetti, we want you to be happy with your order and our products. We accept returns for many of the items we sell.

Here are the details:
You have 30 days from your order date (the date on which you made your purchase) to return any non-personalized items. Items must be unwashed, unworn, in their original condition and with the tags still attached. We offer store credit for returns. We do not refund your original payment method. You'll receive your store credit via email within 2-3 business days of us receiving your return. Shipping fees are not refundable.

If your order contains personalized items, you can expect them to ship within 3-5 business days. 

Shipping time is typically 2-5 business days.
