DOMESTIC: All shipping is done through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We try to use the best and most economical shipping for your goods. While we do everything we can to make sure your item arrives safe, occasionally damage can occur in the shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.
International:Our international shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry to the destination country. All duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
At LaLa Confetti, we want you to be happy with your order and our products.
Here are the details: You have 30 days from your order date (the date on which you made your purchase) to return anynon-personalized items. Items must be in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn, in their original condition and with the tags (if applicable) still attached. You'll receive your refund (to your original payment method) within 2-3 business days of us receiving your return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
All packages must be received back in the shop within 45 days from the order date.
Personalized Items: We do not offer returns for any personalized items. If your item arrives damaged or if we have made an error in your personalization, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know within 3 days. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. After 3 days we will not be able to replace your item. Include your order number in your email please.
How to Start a Return: Email us at email@example.com to let us know your item (non-personalized only) didn't work out. You'll ship the item back to us: 117 Southwoods Center, Columbia, IL 62236 with your choice of carrier. You must include your order number with your return. We do not provide shipping labels. Once we receive your item(s), you'll have your refund (to your original payment method) within 2-3 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations: We start working on your order right away! We are only able to accept order changes and order cancellations within 12 hours of when you placed your order. All order cancellations are subject to a 3% restocking fee if you paid with a credit card, debit card or PayPal; and a 6% restocking fee if you paid with Afterpay.
