DOMESTIC: All shipping is done through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We try to use the best and most economical shipping for your goods. While we do everything we can to make sure your item arrives safe, occasionally damage can occur in the shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.
Here are the details:
You have 30 days from your order date (the date on which you made your purchase) to return any non-personalized items. Items must be unwashed, unworn, in their original condition and with the tags still attached. You'll receive your refund via email within 2-3 business days of us receiving your return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not offer returns for any personalized items. But, if you receive a damaged item or you think something is wrong with your order, please reach out to us at help@lalaconfetti.com so we can make it right! Include your order number in your email please.
Email us at help@lalaconfetti.com to let us know your item didn't work out. You'll ship the item back to us: 117 Southwoods Center, Columbia, IL 62236 with your choice of carrier. You must include your order number with your return. We do not offer free shipping labels. Once we receive your item, you'll have the store credit emailed to you within 2-3 business days.
