This works extremely well for brides who want to create a custom box or wedding favors. We also work with brides to create custom graphics for their wedding day. Wedding favors, destination wedding gifts, and more. We love helping you add those special touches to all of the events surrounding the engagement and wedding.
Small Business Offices
Looking for a unique gift to give your employees this year? Are you an office manager tasked with sourcing gifts but don't have the time to do so? Purchase this consultation to help you create the perfect employee appreciation gift.
We also love to work with photographers, realtors, home remodelers, and other businesses to send custom gifts to their clients as a thank you.
What do you get with this consultation?
First, we will schedule a phone or video chat (your choice) to talk about what you are looking for. We will send you an email that will allow you to select a time that works best for you. This will last about 15-30 minutes.
Then we will get to work creating gifting options for you. We will schedule a follow up call with you to present and discuss the ideas. Depending on the intricacies of the project, this will last anywhere from 15-60 minutes.
From there it will be up to you if you would like to order the products. There is no obligation to purchase the products presented.
*Please note, this is a fee for concierge service only. There are no products or graphic design fees included.
DOMESTIC: All shipping is done through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We try to use the best and most economical shipping for your goods. While we do everything we can to make sure your item arrives safe, occasionally damage can occur in the shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.
International:Our international shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry to the destination country. All duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
At LaLa Confetti, we want you to be happy with your order and our products.
Here are the details: You have 30 days from your order date (the date on which you made your purchase) to return anynon-personalized items. Items must be in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn, in their original condition and with the tags (if applicable) still attached. You'll receive your refund (to your original payment method) within 2-3 business days of us receiving your return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
All packages must be received back in the shop within 45 days from the order date.
Personalized Items: We do not offer returns for any personalized items. If your item arrives damaged or if we have made an error in your personalization, please email us at email@example.com and let us know within 3 days. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. After 3 days we will not be able to replace your item. Include your order number in your email please.
How to Start a Return: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your item (non-personalized only) didn't work out. You'll ship the item back to us: 117 Southwoods Center, Columbia, IL 62236 with your choice of carrier. You must include your order number with your return. We do not provide shipping labels. Once we receive your item(s), you'll have your refund (to your original payment method) within 2-3 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations: We start working on your order right away! We are only able to accept order changes and order cancellations within 12 hours of when you placed your order. All order cancellations are subject to a 3% restocking fee if you paid with a credit card, debit card or PayPal; and a 6% restocking fee if you paid with Afterpay.
