Here are a few guidelines:
You have 30 days to request a return. Just send us note to get your return request started. After 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Made to order / Personalized / Custom orders:
If your item arrives damaged, or if we have made an error in your personalization, please let us know within 3 days. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. After 3 days we will not be able to replace your item.
Please do your part to ensure that we have to correct spelling of names when you are ordering personalized merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Before returning your product, contact email@example.com to get approval.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
